Automatic importer – e-mail subjects

The following types of rate change notifications are supported by Control Centre:

A-Z price lists include all of the destinations for every country offered by a Seller to a Buyer. All of the rates previously provided by the Seller are replaced by the content of the new price list, and if any destinations are missing in the new price list compared to previous price list, the missing destinations would NOT be considered in effect.

Full country price lists do not contain all of the countries offered by a Seller, however each country included in the offer has a complete set of destinations. All of the rates previously provided by the Seller for that country are replaced by the content of the new price list, and if any destinations are missing in the new price list for that country compared to previous price list, the missing destinations would NOT be considered in effect.

Partial price lists can include multiple destinations belonging to multiple countries, however not all the countries and destinations offered by a Seller are fully defined. Thus, the rates for the missing destinations in the price list are still considered in effect. All of the rates previously provided by the Seller for the destinations in the partial price list are replaced by the content of the new price list.

The effective date of the rate changes can be provided in the following three ways:

1) in-sheet per dial code/destination (most commonly used approach)

2) in-sheet only informing the dates for increases/decreases in general (usually at the top of the rate sheet)

3) No information about the dates in the rate sheet. Only informing about he effective dates in the email. In such case additional parameters are required in the email subject. See below.

Email subject format

1) All parameters must be passed in square brackets [parameter].

2) The following parameters are mandatory

• Carrier identifier – e.g. [BELGACOM]
• Plan type indicator – one of [A-Z] or [Partial]  or [Full country] must be provided
• If the rate sheet does not contain effective dates or increase/decrease dates cells then increases and decreases dates must be specified –  e.g. [decreases:2012-09-20][increases:2012-09-27]

Notes:The order of the parameters is irrelevant.Any text is allowed before, after and between the brackets.

Examples

When the rate sheets contains effective rates (the effective dates are read from the rate sheet):

[BELGACOM][A-Z]	imports a full A to Z plan for Supplier Belgacom
[BELGACOM][Partial]	imports a partial (rate updates) for Supplier Belgacom
[BELGACOM][Full country]	imports full country updates for Supplier Belgacom

When the rate sheet does not contain effective dates:

[BELGACOM][A-Z][decreases:2012-09-20][increases:2012-09-27]
imports a full A to Z plan for Supplier Belgacom with Decreases effective 2012-09-20, increases effective 2012-09-27
[BELGACOM][Partial][decreases:2012-09-20][increases:2012-09-27]
imports a partial (rate updates) for supplier Belgacom. Decreases effective 2012-09-20, increases effective 2012-09-27
[BELGACOM][Full country][decreases:2012-09-20][increases:2012-09-27]
imports full country updates for supplier Belgacom. Decreases effective 2012-09-20, increases effective 2012-09-27
